Acmer: all devices
Acmer (Acmer Laser) is a still young Chinese manufacturer of diode, CO2 and fibre lasers, from small devices like the S1 to the large 3-in-1 machine X1 with laser and CNC router. For Europe there is a dedicated EU shop with a German-language version and an EU warehouse. Little is publicly known about the company itself, and the warranty is fairly short for some components.

History
According to its own brand description, Acmer was founded in 2021 and offers diode lasers, CNC machines, galvo devices with two laser sources and laser welders; the manufacturer does not publish a legal notice with a company name; the business address in the Trustpilot profile is in the Shanhai Science and Technology Park in Longhua, Shenzhen. The range began with small open diode lasers such as the S1 and the P1 series and now also includes CO2 and fibre lasers. In September 2025 Acmer launched the X1 on Kickstarter, a large 3-in-1 machine with a 120 W diode laser (water cooling), a 4 W infrared laser and a CNC router; shortly after the launch, All3DP reported almost US$300,000 in backing. Figures on employees or revenue have not been published.
Customer support and warranty
Support is provided by email (support@acmerlaser.com), ticket form and phone via a US number (+1 213 776 3659), available Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 1 am CET; there are also a download centre and a Facebook group. The EU shop eu.acmerlaser.com is also available in German and advertises an EU warehouse; whether support speaks German is not stated. The warranty is tiered by component: 12 months on the machine (board, motor, guide), only 6 months on the laser module and accessories, 3 months on consumables; for the XMetal series, 24 months apply in the EU including the laser module, and for fibre and MOPA devices 24 months on main components. According to the terms, a paid exchange after the first 7 days costs a restocking fee of 15 to 30%. On Trustpilot, acmerlaser.com has 4.3 out of 5 stars from 86 reviews (as of October 2026), 15% of them with one star; frequent criticism concerns waits of several weeks for spare parts and the short warranty on laser modules.
Criticism and problems
No major documented problems found. We are not aware of any recalls or official notices concerning Acmer devices (as of 10/2026). Critical for buyers: the manufacturer names neither a company name nor a legal notice, the warranty terms give a different support address (support@acmer3d.com) than the contact page, and the warranty on laser modules is only 6 months. Part of the coverage of the X1 was labelled as a paid post (CNX Software, September 2025).
