Carverall does not state a founding year on its About page. It only says that the brand began with easy-to-use lasers for creators and now offers more than 10 platforms in 5 laser technologies. According to the US trademark register (Justia), Dongguan Zhiwei Laser Technology Co., Ltd. filed the CARVERALL trademark on 24 April 2025, with first use on 2 March 2025. According to Trustpilot, the Trustpilot profile was claimed in May 2025, and the terms and conditions are dated 11 April 2025. Makers101 describes Carverall as a newer brand in the budget segment that competes with xTool and Creality on price.
Customer support and warranty
According to the contact page, there is email support (akon@carverall.com before purchase, support@carverall.com after purchase, vip@carverall.com for AliExpress orders), a Chinese phone and WhatsApp number (+86 135 3277 1374), separate WhatsApp numbers for AliExpress and Amazon orders, and a contact form. Service hours according to the contact page are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, with a reply usually within one working day; the footer additionally advertises 24/7 online support. Whether German-language support is offered is not publicly documented; the website is translated into German. According to the warranty terms, the warranty is 12 months as standard, up to 24 months depending on local law; the About page, by contrast, states 1 to 3 years depending on the model. According to the returns policy, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, only for direct purchases in the official shop; for non-defective goods, a service fee applies and return shipping costs are borne by the customer; the return address is in Dongguan, China. According to Trustpilot, customers praise quick, patient help via chat and WhatsApp.
Criticism and problems
The DE shop has no legal notice with full company details, no EU representative is named in the privacy policy, and according to the terms and conditions Hong Kong law applies. The shipping policy contradicts itself: on the one hand most machines are said to be held in warehouses in the USA and the EU, on the other it says all orders are shipped from Dongguan and there are no overseas warehouses. According to the shipping policy, Carverall also usually declares a lower goods value on shipments. The warranty details differ between the About page (1 to 3 years) and the warranty terms (12 months, up to 24 months). In the 3dwithus review (X1 Pro, review unit from the manufacturer), the author criticised contradictory instructions, a cable fuse missing from the manual with a risk of fire, inaccurate holes in the frame and a leaky enclosure. Makers101 (also a review unit from the manufacturer) mentions a card reader that does not work and a sluggish CutLabX app. Recurring criticism according to Trustpilot: damaged cables on delivery, faulty files on the SD card, missing accessories, an overheating air assist pump and a steep learning curve for beginners; according to the reviews, most cases were resolved. The Trustpilot base is small at 41 reviews, and public replies from the company are not visible there.
