Bambu Lab X1 Carbon
Experience from Nadin's family My father has been using his X1 Carbon since June 2023. At the time he paid €1,357 for the printer and €402 for the AMS (prices at purchase, as of June 2023). Good: up to four AMS units can be connected, printing is fast and clean, printing works via Wi-Fi or SD card, and the enclosure is closed and has a built-in activated carbon filter. Not so good: the interior lighting is too dark, and the camera could have a higher resolution.
No longer available: The manufacturer has discontinued this model. The data stays online for comparison.
Successor: Bambu Lab X2D. What has changed is described on the page of the newer model.
Bambu Lab's former flagship model. No longer available new, but widely used and an important reference for comparisons.
Ideal for: Buyers of used devices and anyone who wants to compare an existing device with current models
