Terms according to the manufacturer
- Warranty only with Procolored ink and after registering the printer via the manufacturer's form.
- Parts that come into contact with ink are excluded; waste and circulation pumps, ink dampers and the ink carriage are named.
- In the first 30 days after delivery Procolored pays for spare parts and shipping, afterwards only for the spare parts.
- Report transport damage within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
- Handled by email with photos, videos and remote diagnosis; then a replacement part with instructions, or sending it in to a repair centre designated by Procolored.
- Returns according to the shop within 7 days, only unused and without ink, with a 5 % fee; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- The shop's two warranty pages state different start dates for the warranty period (dispatch, delivery or purchase).
