Terms according to the manufacturer
- Warranty on ink-carrying parts only if exclusively Procolored ink is used; other parts in contact with ink are not covered.
- In the first month Procolored pays for the spare part and shipping, afterwards only for the spare part.
- Whether a warranty case exists is decided by Procolored customer service; damage caused by negligence, improper operation or misuse is excluded.
- Return according to the shop within 7 days, only unopened, unused and without ink, with a 5% fee; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
