Our take

Why it is interesting: Instead of swapping the filament in a single nozzle, the K3 switches between several nozzles. The Bambu Lab H2C with Vortek and tool changers such as the Snapmaker U1 use the same principle and produce significantly less purge waste than single-nozzle systems. With the K3, nozzles of different diameters can also be combined.

The US price of $849 is stated without sales tax and cannot be applied directly to Europe. How reliably the nozzle change works and how much waste each change produces will only be shown by independent tests.
