History

According to the Chinese brand portal CNPP, the brand was founded in 2018 and belongs to Hunan Siju Technology Co., Ltd. of Changsha (registered on 29.08.2018), which also owns the sister brand LOKLiK; a 2023 press release only confirms that both brands belong to the same technology group, which is not named. In a 2022 press release, HTVRONT described itself as an up-and-coming craft brand with over 12,000 m² of production and development space and announced the Auto Heat Press; in 2023, HTVRONT and LOKLiK appeared at CES for the first time. The range grew from films and simple presses to automatic presses, DTF printers, embroidery machines and accessories. According to the legal notice, the EU shop is operated by HTVRONT EU STORE LLC with an address in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA), with a German VAT ID. Figures on revenue or employees are not documented.

Customer support and warranty

For Europe there is an EU shop (eu.htvront.com) with euro prices, German and French language versions and, according to the site description, shipping from Germany in 3 to 7 days. Support is provided by email to support-eu@htvront.com and through a hotline with a US number (+1 833 749 6046); whether support replies in German is not stated. According to the warranty page, machines carry a one-year warranty from the purchase date, the DTF print head and mainboard six months, and other accessories three months; consumables are excluded. The warranty only applies to purchases through official channels (own website and authorised retailers), and an order number plus photos or video are required for a claim. The statutory warranty in the EU remains unaffected. No rating is visible on Trustpilot for htvront.com because Trustpilot suspended the rating for a breach of its guidelines and removed fake reviews (283 reviews, as of October 2026, 70% 5 stars, 24% 1 star).

Environment and commitment

In the sources consulted, the manufacturer names no specific environmental or social commitment.

Criticism and problems

No recalls or official notices found that can clearly be attributed to HTVRONT; a UK recall from December 2023 concerns an unbranded 5-in-1 heat press from China, and the manufacturer is not named there. It is notable that Trustpilot has suspended the rating of htvront.com for policy violations and removed fake reviews, so the review picture is only of limited value. The visible reviews mention delivery problems, presses that fail after a few uses or heat unevenly, and warranty claims after the deadline has passed. The company structure is also opaque: legal notice with a US mailbox address in Wyoming, manufacturer in Changsha according to a third-party source.
